What makes us special
Set amid farmland, surrounded by forest and with mountains looming, the hotel makes the most of the outdoors. There are striking Haflinger horses and Shetland ponies in the horse-riding centre, which you can learn to ride on the vast grounds. The many ski areas of the 860km Ski amadé region are only some 30 minutes away. Ski shuttle available, ski pass prices available on request.

Included: Alm Wast baby club, children's club that makes the
most of the outdoors, adventure playground, indoor playground,
pottery room, painting, horse riding twice a week, archery, magic
school. In winter there's tobogganing and igloo building.

Archery and Nordic walking let you appreciate the surroundings, while the indoor sports centre features a swimming pool, squash, tennis, badminton, climbing wall, golf and tennis simulators and gym. Beauty spa with saunas, treatments (using fresh herbs from the meadows), massage, yoga and shiatsu. Also walking, climbing, mountain biking. Guests get a 40% green fee discount at Golf Club Berchtesgadener, a 12-minute drive away.
The hotel
Rooms are bright but cosy, and all have fantastic views. All
baby equipment supplied. Excellent food. Restaurant with views and
terrace for a quiet drink.
