ATOL is a financial protection scheme for holidaymakers travelling on an air inclusive holiday, which is managed by the Civil Aviation Authority. This protects you from losing your money or from being stranded overseas in the very unlikely event that DERTOUR should go out of business. Our Air Travel Organiser's Licence (ATOL) number is ATOL 1839.

When you buy an ATOL protected air inclusive holiday* from us, you will receive a confirmation invoice from us (or via our authorised agent through which you booked) confirming your arrangements and your protection under our ATOL.

* The air inclusive holidays we arrange are ATOL protected providing either the person who pays for the booking is present in the UK when the booking is made or the first leg of any flight or flights we arrange for you commences in the UK. The Sorell Hotel Rütli, which underwent a complete renovation in 2010, is a popular business and leisure hotel in the center of Zurich. We are passionate hosts and aim to pamper and surprise our guests. Take our City Rooms, for example. These 12 rooms have been designed by graffiti artists and an overnight stay in one of them is sure to be a unique experience.

The hotel is located close to Zurich's charming Old Town. A wide range of shopping opportunities, numerous restaurants und bars, various museums, cinemas and theaters, as well as the lakeside boardwalk and the main train station, are all within easy walking distance.
