ATOL is a financial protection scheme for holidaymakers travelling on an air inclusive holiday, which is managed by the Civil Aviation Authority. This protects you from losing your money or from being stranded overseas in the very unlikely event that DERTOUR should go out of business. Our Air Travel Organiser's Licence (ATOL) number is ATOL 1839.

When you buy an ATOL protected air inclusive holiday* from us, you will receive a confirmation invoice from us (or via our authorised agent through which you booked) confirming your arrangements and your protection under our ATOL.

* The air inclusive holidays we arrange are ATOL protected providing either the person who pays for the booking is present in the UK when the booking is made or the first leg of any flight or flights we arrange for you commences in the UK. The Hotel Cornavin features the largest pendulum of the world, which hangs from the ninth floor and swings down to the ground floor in the salon of the hotel. Its full length is 30.02 meters. All rooms are without balconies facing the streets or the railway tracks with the upper-floor rooms providing great views of the city and Lake Geneva with is famous fountain.All rooms have cable television, radio, direct dial-in/dial-out phone, Internet connection, mini-bar, safe and individually controlled air conditioning. Hotel Cornavin consists of 2 twin rooms (separated or pushed together) or one queen size bed. The bathrooms are both spacious and luminous, with frosted-glass walls.
