ATOL is a financial protection scheme for holidaymakers travelling on an air inclusive holiday, which is managed by the Civil Aviation Authority. This protects you from losing your money or from being stranded overseas in the very unlikely event that DERTOUR should go out of business. Our Air Travel Organiser's Licence (ATOL) number is ATOL 1839.

When you buy an ATOL protected air inclusive holiday* from us, you will receive a confirmation invoice from us (or via our authorised agent through which you booked) confirming your arrangements and your protection under our ATOL.

* The air inclusive holidays we arrange are ATOL protected providing either the person who pays for the booking is present in the UK when the booking is made or the first leg of any flight or flights we arrange for you commences in the UK. Davos, a famous city in the Alpine is both a natural paradise and a cosmopolitan holiday town. The beautiful mountain lake in Davos offers lots of sport possibilities in the summer as well as great walking tours.

Davos houses hundrets of shops around the two main streets at Davos Platz. For those, wishing to buy etchings, oil paintings, water colours or a variety of many other styles, the city's art galleries, are perfect.

This restaurant offers great fondue (Switzerland speciality)and has an excellent local cuisine.

Sporthotel

The Sporthotel has an excellent menue and is renowed for its flambés.

Al Ponte

Al Ponte is an Italian restaurant, known for its delicious pizzas.

Davos is of course famous for its opportunities for skiing and snowboarding. Also other snow sport can be undertaken in the winter times. The Spa of Scoul or the nearby city of St Moritz are definitely worth a visit for all visitors. The Wintersport Museum dates to 1873 where skis and bindings from the nineteenth century are exhibit.
