ATOL is a financial protection scheme for holidaymakers travelling on an air inclusive holiday, which is managed by the Civil Aviation Authority. This protects you from losing your money or from being stranded overseas in the very unlikely event that DERTOUR should go out of business. Our Air Travel Organiser's Licence (ATOL) number is ATOL 1839.

When you buy an ATOL protected air inclusive holiday* from us, you will receive a confirmation invoice from us (or via our authorised agent through which you booked) confirming your arrangements and your protection under our ATOL.

* The air inclusive holidays we arrange are ATOL protected providing either the person who pays for the booking is present in the UK when the booking is made or the first leg of any flight or flights we arrange for you commences in the UK. Welcome to Hotel Polus Budapest! The guests can have their breakfast, lunch or dinner in the restaurant. It is also comfortable for marriage-feasts, business meetings, conferences, trainings or goods display. The pub for 70 persons is situated in the basement, where you can have different kind of beers and snacks. The snack bar, connected to the bowling centres provides - through its semi-circular terrace - a wonderful view on the mountains of the town. The Italian Pizzeria - where pizza is made in wood-fired oven - is a real speciality of the house.

Hotel Polus is situated at about 8 kilometres from the centre of Budapest, but due to the favourable transport possibilities it can be reached from down town in half an hour by different ways of transport. The Hotel is at 300 meters from highway M3 being one of the key ways of the capital and of Hungary. Hotel Polus is constructed directly next to Polus Shopping centre, which provides a wide range of purchases, amusement as well as sports.

All rooms have been designed with the comfort and convenience of the valued guest foremost in mind and the spacious guestrooms are all well-furnished and nicely equipped to give a home away from home feeling. Room amenities include air-conditioning, direct dial telephone and cable TV.
