ATOL is a financial protection scheme for holidaymakers travelling on an air inclusive holiday, which is managed by the Civil Aviation Authority. This protects you from losing your money or from being stranded overseas in the very unlikely event that DERTOUR should go out of business. Our Air Travel Organiser's Licence (ATOL) number is ATOL 1839.

When you buy an ATOL protected air inclusive holiday* from us, you will receive a confirmation invoice from us (or via our authorised agent through which you booked) confirming your arrangements and your protection under our ATOL.

* The air inclusive holidays we arrange are ATOL protected providing either the person who pays for the booking is present in the UK when the booking is made or the first leg of any flight or flights we arrange for you commences in the UK. Room description

Clear lines and high-quality materials such as hand-polished walnut wood, mosaic tiles, finest porcelain from Rome for the bathrooms and black slate have been combined with sophisticated styling in the hotel's 326 rooms. In addition to the comfort area, the hotel has over 152 Executive Rooms, which offer additional services such as a free high-speed internet connection. The 12 Junior Suites are designed with a spacious 47 square metres and, for extra comfort; they are equipped with a CD player and coffee and tea-making facilities. The cleverly designed bathrooms with shower and bathtub complete the relaxing, feel-good atmosphere. You'll enjoy even more space in one of the two light-filled, 73-square-metre suites on the sixth floor. A free-standing bathtub with a view over the countryside invites you to relax. The room layout also makes it possible to host small conference meetings in an intimate atmosphere.
