This protects you from losing your money or from being stranded overseas in the very unlikely event that DERTOUR should go out of business. Our Air Travel Organiser's Licence (ATOL) number is ATOL 1839.

When you buy an ATOL protected air inclusive holiday* from us, you will receive a confirmation invoice from us (or via our authorised agent through which you booked) confirming your arrangements and your protection under our ATOL.

* The air inclusive holidays we arrange are ATOL protected providing either the person who pays for the booking is present in the UK when the booking is made or the first leg of any flight or flights we arrange for you commences in the UK. Welcome to our first-class holiday accommodation and see for yourself just how exclusive it is. Spa treatments, recuperation, fitness, wellness and true holiday flair are all just as much a part of what this hotel has to offer as is an excellent level of service and a unique atmosphere. The hotel has 64 exclusive, rooms and suites that are all spacious and appointed in an up-market country house style, with all modern comforts. The cuisine served in the hotel is light and delicious and comprises international and regional dishes, half-board dinners, wellness cuisine and diet menus (1,100 kcal.) where there is a choice also of vegetarian dishes or cuisine suited to the Schroth regime. Healthy and beautiful: our Beauty & SPA Centre and our Wellness & Health centre combine both. The leisure pool facilities at the Concordia Wellness & SPA Hotel are particulary appealing. They comprise an indoor pool with a waterfall, a sauna, an aroma therapy steam bath with mood lighting, a herbal sauna, an ice fountain, a bar with tea and water, a separate quiet room, an open air room and a sun terrace. The programme offered by our in-house sports trainer is wonderfully divers whilst the gymnastics and fitness studio is fully equipped with cardio and fitness equipment. In addition to Oberstaufen's three 18-hole golf courses: Oberstaufen, Oberstaufen-Steibis and Bregenzer Wald there are ten further interesting golf courses in the Allgäu that is renowned as a golfing region. You can play tennis here all year round. There are indoor tennis courts with a movable roof and outdoor courts not far from the hotel.
