ATOL is a financial protection scheme for holidaymakers travelling on an air inclusive holiday, which is managed by the Civil Aviation Authority. This protects you from losing your money or from being stranded overseas in the very unlikely event that DERTOUR should go out of business. Our Air Travel Organiser's Licence (ATOL) number is ATOL 1839.

When you buy an ATOL protected air inclusive holiday* from us, you will receive a confirmation invoice from us (or via our authorised agent through which you booked) confirming your arrangements and your protection under our ATOL.

* The air inclusive holidays we arrange are ATOL protected providing either the person who pays for the booking is present in the UK when the booking is made or the first leg of any flight or flights we arrange for you commences in the UK. The Best Western Hotel MUC Airport hotel features 181 guest rooms, eleven conference rooms, a restaurant, bar and sauna. The underground parking garage has space for 120 vehicles. The hotel also offers a shuttle bus service on request. The largest conference room has a capacity for up to 180 people. Eight conference rooms feature natural light and three have air conditioning. Our modern hotel is ideally situated close to Munich airport and to the Munich trade fair site. It is also 0.5 kilometres from billiards, 0.8 kilometres from thermal bath, 1 kilometre from Stadtpark, 1 kilometre from squash courts and tennis and 1 kilometre from playground.

All rooms feature a bathroom with shower/bath, trouser press, mini bar, desk, safe, hairdryer; make up mirror, telephone connection, free Internet connection and WLAN, tea and coffee making facilities and a quiet location.

Additional remarks
