ATOL is a financial protection scheme for holidaymakers travelling on an air inclusive holiday, which is managed by the Civil Aviation Authority. This protects you from losing your money or from being stranded overseas in the very unlikely event that DERTOUR should go out of business. Our Air Travel Organiser's Licence (ATOL) number is ATOL 1839.

When you buy an ATOL protected air inclusive holiday* from us, you will receive a confirmation invoice from us (or via our authorised agent through which you booked) confirming your arrangements and your protection under our ATOL.

* The air inclusive holidays we arrange are ATOL protected providing either the person who pays for the booking is present in the UK when the booking is made or the first leg of any flight or flights we arrange for you commences in the UK. This hotel offers the ideal setting for the event, meeting or seminar. 16 function rooms with capacities for up to 300 people are available. They are fully air conditioned, sound proofed and equipped with modern technology in order to supply every need. All function rooms have natural lighting and can be darkened completely for presentations. The Braustuberl Restaurant is a typically German restaurant with only special dishes from the region of Heidelberg. More than 80 persons can be seated in the restaurant and from spring to autumn the hotel have a nice beer garden next to the restaurant. Special barbecues, live music or fondue evenings make the restaurant, one of the nicest places in Heidelberg.

Location

NH Hotel Heidelberg is located in a central of the historic buildings old brewery. The hotel is one kilometre from Heidelberg motorway intersection and the old part of town, 1.3 kilometres from Heidelberg Castle and eight kilometres from Mannheim. Heidelberg convention centre is less than one kilometre from the hotel.

Room description

Rooms are comfortable and tastefully furnished, with fine materials, warm colors, carpeting and dark wood. Rooms are available with queen-sized bed or two twin beds. All rooms are equipped with Satellite TV and two free Sky channels, plus a large desk, Wireless and LAN Internet access, telephone, relaxing chair, mini-bar, and safe. Every bathroom has a bathtub. Smoking and non-smoking rooms are available. Rooms with walk-in shower are available for disabled people.
