ATOL is a financial protection scheme for holidaymakers travelling on an air inclusive holiday, which is managed by the Civil Aviation Authority. This protects you from losing your money or from being stranded overseas in the very unlikely event that DERTOUR should go out of business. Our Air Travel Organiser's Licence (ATOL) number is ATOL 1839.

When you buy an ATOL protected air inclusive holiday* from us, you will receive a confirmation invoice from us (or via our authorised agent through which you booked) confirming your arrangements and your protection under our ATOL.

* The air inclusive holidays we arrange are ATOL protected providing either the person who pays for the booking is present in the UK when the booking is made or the first leg of any flight or flights we arrange for you commences in the UK. Recently renovated as of December 2007, the Park Inn Hamburg Nord Hotel offers 122 modern and comfortable guest rooms as well as rooms for disabled guests, family rooms and non-smoking rooms. 19 Business-Friendly rooms are also available with upgraded amenities. Pets are allowed and cribs are available upon request.

The Park Inn Hamburg Nord's restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and serves a tempting menu of international and regional dishes. Weather permitting, guests can dine outdoors in the restaurant's charming terrace (summer months).

The Park Inn Hamburg Nord offers 122 modern, design oriented and comfortable non-smoking guest rooms. We offer our guests 19 Business friendly rooms with special amenities, family rooms and a room for our disabled guests. Pets are allowed and cribs are available upon request. Room amenities include television with cable, telephone, radio, mini bar, internet access and hairdryers.
