ATOL is a financial protection scheme for holidaymakers travelling on an air inclusive holiday, which is managed by the Civil Aviation Authority. This protects you from losing your money or from being stranded overseas in the very unlikely event that DERTOUR should go out of business. Our Air Travel Organiser's Licence (ATOL) number is ATOL 1839.

When you buy an ATOL protected air inclusive holiday* from us, you will receive a confirmation invoice from us (or via our authorised agent through which you booked) confirming your arrangements and your protection under our ATOL.

* The air inclusive holidays we arrange are ATOL protected providing either the person who pays for the booking is present in the UK when the booking is made or the first leg of any flight or flights we arrange for you commences in the UK. 259 comfortable, spacious and multimedia-fitted double and twin-bedrooms, equipped with latest multimedia technique are waiting for their guests at the end of an exciting day. Every room is equipped with ISDN-phones with mailbox, radio, cable TV flat screens, and video on demand, modem and fax sockets, LAN access, Wireless LAN and multimedia entertainment state-of-the-art. All rooms have bath/WC or shower/WC, mini bar and safe with power supply. All rooms have soundproofed windows and smoke detectors. Non-smoking rooms and two handicapped persons´ rooms are available on request. Laundry and cleaning services are also available.
