ATOL is a financial protection scheme for holidaymakers travelling on an air inclusive holiday, which is managed by the Civil Aviation Authority. This protects you from losing your money or from being stranded overseas in the very unlikely event that DERTOUR should go out of business. Our Air Travel Organiser's Licence (ATOL) number is ATOL 1839.

When you buy an ATOL protected air inclusive holiday* from us, you will receive a confirmation invoice from us (or via our authorised agent through which you booked) confirming your arrangements and your protection under our ATOL.

* The air inclusive holidays we arrange are ATOL protected providing either the person who pays for the booking is present in the UK when the booking is made or the first leg of any flight or flights we arrange for you commences in the UK. The Hotel Eleazar Novum is a modern 3-star hotel centrally located directly across from the Hamburg central station. The close proximity of the Hauptbahnhof (main railway station), a bus stop and an underground station make all of Hamburg's most popular attractions easily accessible. The hotel is a quiet, sophisticated, reasonably priced hotel. The Hotel Eleazar Novum is located very central in Hamburg. The main station, all underground lines and the bus terminal (ZOB) are only 5 minutes away.
The highways to Lübeck (A1), Berlin (A24), Bremen (A1) and Hannover (A7) can quickly and easily be reached.

Room description

All rooms are fully renovated in 2005 and 2007 and have both new equipment and soundproof windows. In all rooms you will find W-LAN, cable TV and telephone. The singles and doubles are dignified and yet modern and practical. There are both smoking rooms as well as non-smoking rooms. The smoking rooms are available only in small numbers. A timely reservation is recommended. All furnishings have modern, warm brown and contemporary styles. The decoration of the rooms is the color of the furniture, tastefully coordinated. The bathrooms are in a subtle, white tiled with marble effect.
