ATOL is a financial protection scheme for holidaymakers travelling on an air inclusive holiday, which is managed by the Civil Aviation Authority. This protects you from losing your money or from being stranded overseas in the very unlikely event that DERTOUR should go out of business. Our Air Travel Organiser's Licence (ATOL) number is ATOL 1839.

When you buy an ATOL protected air inclusive holiday* from us, you will receive a confirmation invoice from us (or via our authorised agent through which you booked) confirming your arrangements and your protection under our ATOL.

* The air inclusive holidays we arrange are ATOL protected providing either the person who pays for the booking is present in the UK when the booking is made or the first leg of any flight or flights we arrange for you commences in the UK. The 170 air-conditioned rooms are decorated in modern style complete with all necessary amenities for a successful business trip and an enjoyable short break. At the 6th floor you find our sauna/fitness area with solarium - free of charge for our hotel guests. Five conference rooms are available - most of them are connectable in different sizes. All conference rooms have daylight and are equipped with state-of-the-art conference technology. The largest conference room is able to accommodate up to 200 people in theatre-style. There is an international restaurant available as well as a bar; both also offer a view on the River Elbe. In the summer you can enjoy all our dishes on the terrace, also situated on the banks of the river.

The Golden Tulip Hamburg Aviation is located next to the river Elbe in the idyllic Finkenwerder. The city centre of Hamburg is easily accessed with a comfortable journey by ferry (30 minutes) and the picturesque environment offers many leisure possibilities.

Golden Tulip Hamburg Aviation is a newly built hotel and offers modern rooms with all needed facilities. All rooms are decorated in natural colours like beige, soft vanilla and woody dark brown. Dream away in our comfortable beds while enjoying an amazing view of the river Elbe. Rooms are equipped with air conditioning, television with cable, telephone, mini bar, internet access, safety deposit box and hairdryers.
