ATOL is a financial protection scheme for holidaymakers travelling on an air inclusive holiday, which is managed by the Civil Aviation Authority. This protects you from losing your money or from being stranded overseas in the very unlikely event that DERTOUR should go out of business. Our Air Travel Organiser's Licence (ATOL) number is ATOL 1839.

When you buy an ATOL protected air inclusive holiday* from us, you will receive a confirmation invoice from us (or via our authorised agent through which you booked) confirming your arrangements and your protection under our ATOL.

* The air inclusive holidays we arrange are ATOL protected providing either the person who pays for the booking is present in the UK when the booking is made or the first leg of any flight or flights we arrange for you commences in the UK. Clarion Hirschen

Opened in May 2005, the privately owned Clarion Hotel Hirschen in Freiburg provides a warm and friendly welcome, first class comfort and quick access to the city centre and Convention area. All rooms are equipped with air-condition, mini-bar, desk, TV with radio, direct dial telephone and internet access. Four conference rooms offering daylight are available for your conferences, seminars, banquets. Up to 150 persons can be seated. The restaurants enjoy a reputation for first class service and excellent cuisine using fresh, seasonal ingredients; regional dishes are a speciality. A large terrace and beer garden are open during the warmer months. After a tiring day, pamper yourself in the Wellness area complete with sauna, steam room, solarium, tropical shower and an outdoor pool.

Our hotel is located in the countrified Lehen area in Freiburg, very near the Kaiserstuhl, Alsace and the mountains of the Vosges, at the foot of the southern Black Forest in the border triangle created by Germany, France and Switzerland.
