ATOL is a financial protection scheme for holidaymakers travelling on an air inclusive holiday, which is managed by the Civil Aviation Authority. This protects you from losing your money or from being stranded overseas in the very unlikely event that DERTOUR should go out of business. Our Air Travel Organiser's Licence (ATOL) number is ATOL 1839.

When you buy an ATOL protected air inclusive holiday* from us, you will receive a confirmation invoice from us (or via our authorised agent through which you booked) confirming your arrangements and your protection under our ATOL.

* The air inclusive holidays we arrange are ATOL protected providing either the person who pays for the booking is present in the UK when the booking is made or the first leg of any flight or flights we arrange for you commences in the UK. Welcome to Hotel Monopol Frankfurt! In our Business Center you will find computer workstations, including Internet access and printers. Send your friends and relatives an email and carry out research for your trips in advance using the Internet. Our staff are dedicated to making your stay as enjoyable as possible. The hotel's reception is open around the clock. Room service is available from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., and the 'wash and iron' service from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. You will receive any washing handed in before 11 a.m. on the same day, fresh and clean. Furthermore, our free sewing service is available for all kinds of small repairs, such as sewing on buttons. We will even iron a shirt and pair of trousers or a blouse and skirt for you at no extra cost. And should you wish to do your own ironing - no problem: A steam-ironing station is available especially for guests. If you require a short refreshment break between meals you can help yourself to the buffet in the lobby throughout the day. Mineral water, tea, coffee and pastries are available free of charge. 40 parking spaces are also available for our guests.

Location

A number of famous sights are to be found in the heart of Frankfurt, in close proximity to the main railway station and right next to the Hotel Monopol. The trade fair complex, big banks and cultural pearls such as the Goethehaus, the Alte Oper, the Städel, the Römer, the Ballet and the theatres and galleries of the alternative art scene are just a stone's throw away. Frankfurt Airport is a mere 12 minutes away. The main railway station and public transport facilities are so close that you can reach them on foot.

Our historic building, with its 100 rooms and suites, offers you a wide range to choose from. You could, for example, reserve the room of your choice with an historical alcove bed. All our rooms are fitted with a large, modern bath, radio, pay TV and a mini-bar with free drinks!
