ATOL is a financial protection scheme for holidaymakers travelling on an air inclusive holiday, which is managed by the Civil Aviation Authority. This protects you from losing your money or from being stranded overseas in the very unlikely event that DERTOUR should go out of business. Our Air Travel Organiser's Licence (ATOL) number is ATOL 1839.

When you buy an ATOL protected air inclusive holiday* from us, you will receive a confirmation invoice from us (or via our authorised agent through which you booked) confirming your arrangements and your protection under our ATOL.

* The air inclusive holidays we arrange are ATOL protected providing either the person who pays for the booking is present in the UK when the booking is made or the first leg of any flight or flights we arrange for you commences in the UK. Welcome to Excelsior hotel Frankfurt. Our staff are dedicated to making your stay as enjoyable as possible. The hotel reception is open around the clock and our room service is available from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. The free 'iron' service (includes 1 blouse/shirt or 1 pair of trouser/skirt per night) is available from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
You will receive any washing handed in before 9 a.m. on the same day, fresh and clean. And should you wish to do your own ironing - no problem: A steam-ironing station is available especially for guests. Should you require refreshments between meals, you can help yourself to the buffet in the lobby throughout the day. Mineral water, tea, coffee and pastries are available free of charge. There are also 40 parking spaces available (at a fee) for guests with their own car.

Location

The central location near Frankfurt's main railway station guarantees the best possible access by long and short-distance trains. The airport is a mere 12 minutes away. Many of Frankfurt's top addresses and sights are close by, such as the trade fair complex, banking district, stock exchange, Alte Oper, Museumsufer (the area of museums along the banks of the River Main), Römer, shopping streets, cinemas, discos and a lot more.

Choose from any of the 195 rooms and suites available, some of which have a balcony. All rooms are equipped with a radio, colour TV, pay TV, ISDN telephone and, upon request, a fax machine.
