ATOL is a financial protection scheme for holidaymakers travelling on an air inclusive holiday, which is managed by the Civil Aviation Authority. This protects you from losing your money or from being stranded overseas in the very unlikely event that DERTOUR should go out of business. Our Air Travel Organiser's Licence (ATOL) number is ATOL 1839.

When you buy an ATOL protected air inclusive holiday* from us, you will receive a confirmation invoice from us (or via our authorised agent through which you booked) confirming your arrangements and your protection under our ATOL.

* The air inclusive holidays we arrange are ATOL protected providing either the person who pays for the booking is present in the UK when the booking is made or the first leg of any flight or flights we arrange for you commences in the UK. Hotel Center Plaza is a modern five-storey corner bulding in Frankfurt's City Centre. The hotel lobby, complemented by colourful mosaic work, is a pleasing spot to enjoy a coffee and make use of wireless Internet connections; there are also complimentary newspapers on offer. The lobby is connected to the restaurant - a modern and informal dining space offering international specialities - and on into the sauna, where guests can relax after working out in the fitness room. Our staff at the front desk can assist you if you are planning a tourist trip, and in many other ways. There is a parking lot next to the hotel, where our guest can park (fees).

Hotel Center Plaza is a modern five-storey corner bulding in Frankfurt's City Centre. It is 100m away from the main railway station. Frankfurt airport is nine kilometres away, and can be reached in less than 15 minutes by car. Beside the direct connection to the airport by highway , you also have a direct connection by train.

Room description

The 65 guestrooms are finished in a clean, modern style with neutral decor, contemporary wooden furniture and crisp, white bedding. All offer air conditioning, minibars, hair dryers, direct-dial telephones, satellite television and wireless Internet connections.
