ATOL is a financial protection scheme for holidaymakers travelling on an air inclusive holiday, which is managed by the Civil Aviation Authority. This protects you from losing your money or from being stranded overseas in the very unlikely event that DERTOUR should go out of business. Our Air Travel Organiser's Licence (ATOL) number is ATOL 1839.

When you buy an ATOL protected air inclusive holiday* from us, you will receive a confirmation invoice from us (or via our authorised agent through which you booked) confirming your arrangements and your protection under our ATOL.

* The air inclusive holidays we arrange are ATOL protected providing either the person who pays for the booking is present in the UK when the booking is made or the first leg of any flight or flights we arrange for you commences in the UK. The Mercure Hotel Düsseldorf Airport is located near the airport, in peaceful green surroundings. The hotel offers 119 spacious rooms, Wi-Fi Internet access and a well-equipped fitness center. There is also a large seasonal terrace with outdoor pool and a multifunctional sports field. The seven meeting rooms can be used for events with up to 180 guests. There are parking spaces directly in front of this 4-star hotel and guests attending a meeting or other event can use these free of charge.

Location

The Mercure Düsseldorf Airport Hotel is on the Breitscheider Kreuz junction with links to the A52 and A3. The airport is 15 minutes away and an airport shuttle service is available from 5 am to 11 pm. You can quickly reach the exhibition centers in Düsseldorf, Essen and Cologne from the hotel, and we also offer a shuttle service to these places. The Ratingen-Ost train station is 10 minutes away and it is 328 yards to the Motor Hotel bus stop. Tennis, jogging and golf are available close to the hotel.
