ATOL is a financial protection scheme for holidaymakers travelling on an air inclusive holiday, which is managed by the Civil Aviation Authority. This protects you from losing your money or from being stranded overseas in the very unlikely event that DERTOUR should go out of business. Our Air Travel Organiser's Licence (ATOL) number is ATOL 1839.

When you buy an ATOL protected air inclusive holiday* from us, you will receive a confirmation invoice from us (or via our authorised agent through which you booked) confirming your arrangements and your protection under our ATOL.

* The air inclusive holidays we arrange are ATOL protected providing either the person who pays for the booking is present in the UK when the booking is made or the first leg of any flight or flights we arrange for you commences in the UK. Hotel Novalis Dresden was built in 1992 and underwent renovation on 2007. The hotel consisted 83 comfortable rooms, all equipped with basic facilities and amenities for the pleasure of all guests. In Hotel Novalis Dresden bistro restaurant, you can start the day with a generous breakfast and enjoy a superb meal in the evening. After an eventful day, you can enjoy and relax with a freshly draught Radeberger Pilsner in hotel bar or in Finnish sauna. Hotel Novalis Dresden 80 square metre large, air- conditioned conference room "Moritzburg" can accommodate conferences up to 40 people. There is natural light from 3 sides of the room, which creates a cozy atmosphere. Costs of standard- technology are covered by all in price of the conference; direct deliveries are possible from the parking lot.

The Semper Opera House is located just approximately 4 km away; the city centre is about 3 km away while the Dresden airport is about 7 km away from the hotel. Other local attractions such as the Zwinger, The Church of our Lady (Frauenkirche), Royal Palace of Dresden, Volkswagen-Factory, Pfund's Dairy, Kasematten, Blue Wonder, cable railway and suspension cable railway station are only within distance from the hotel.

The non-smoking rooms of the family-run Hotel Novalis Dresden include a mini bar, satellite TV, and a hairdryer. All guests get a free glass of sparkling wine upon arrival.
