ATOL is a financial protection scheme for holidaymakers travelling on an air inclusive holiday, which is managed by the Civil Aviation Authority. This protects you from losing your money or from being stranded overseas in the very unlikely event that DERTOUR should go out of business. Our Air Travel Organiser's Licence (ATOL) number is ATOL 1839.

When you buy an ATOL protected air inclusive holiday* from us, you will receive a confirmation invoice from us (or via our authorised agent through which you booked) confirming your arrangements and your protection under our ATOL.

* The air inclusive holidays we arrange are ATOL protected providing either the person who pays for the booking is present in the UK when the booking is made or the first leg of any flight or flights we arrange for you commences in the UK. According to its name "Elbflorenz" - Florence on the Elbe - the Hotel Elbflorenz Dresden is decorated in an Italian style with lots of elements from Florentine art. Room description

As a contrast to the matter-of-fact business atmosphere, our Hotel offers its guests a casual, Southern ambience with all the luxury to meet the high demands of business travelers, conference members and tourists. All rooms are equipped with a video system offering our guests an informative summary of, among other things, the cultural and gastronomic attractions of the Saxon capital - free of charge, of course. Brightly coloured blinds in front of the huge French windows make for a comfortable protection against the sun. And another extra service: our guests do not have to ask for the popular second pillow - it is simply a standard in each room.
