ATOL is a financial protection scheme for holidaymakers travelling on an air inclusive holiday, which is managed by the Civil Aviation Authority. This protects you from losing your money or from being stranded overseas in the very unlikely event that DERTOUR should go out of business. Our Air Travel Organiser's Licence (ATOL) number is ATOL 1839.

When you buy an ATOL protected air inclusive holiday* from us, you will receive a confirmation invoice from us (or via our authorised agent through which you booked) confirming your arrangements and your protection under our ATOL.

* The air inclusive holidays we arrange are ATOL protected providing either the person who pays for the booking is present in the UK when the booking is made or the first leg of any flight or flights we arrange for you commences in the UK. The Mercure Hotel Köln Junkersdorf am Stadion is located on the outskirts of the city and has over 145 modern rooms with Wi-Fi access. The 3-star superior hotel is VDR-certified and has six conference rooms for up to 160 people, a small meeting room as well as a garage. Event tickets can be purchased from reception using the Mercure Ticket Service.

The Mercure Hotel Köln Junkersdorf am Stadion has excellent connections to the city center and surrounding area. The Mohnweg tram stop is located directly in front of the hotel. Cologne/Bonn airport is no more than half an hour's drive away and there is nearby access to the A1 highway. The Cologne main train station and the exhibition center are approximately 30 minutes' drive away. Visit the cathedral in the city center (5 miles away) or go to a soccer match at the nearby RheinEnergie stadium.
