ATOL is a financial protection scheme for holidaymakers travelling on an air inclusive holiday, which is managed by the Civil Aviation Authority. This protects you from losing your money or from being stranded overseas in the very unlikely event that DERTOUR should go out of business. Our Air Travel Organiser's Licence (ATOL) number is ATOL 1839.

When you buy an ATOL protected air inclusive holiday* from us, you will receive a confirmation invoice from us (or via our authorised agent through which you booked) confirming your arrangements and your protection under our ATOL.

* The air inclusive holidays we arrange are ATOL protected providing either the person who pays for the booking is present in the UK when the booking is made or the first leg of any flight or flights we arrange for you commences in the UK. Located just off the fashionable Kurfuerstendamm in the heart of the City West, the Hotel Concorde Berlin is located just 100 metres from the Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church, and 500 metres from the Zoologischer Garten. Only 10 kilometres from Berlin's Tegel Airport, the hotel is also 4 kilometres from the ICC Convention Centre and Fairground / Messe Berlin. The Brandenburg Gate, the Reichstag and Potsdamer Platz are all within easy reach of the hotel.

Directly located on the famous Kurfuerstendamm in the German capital, the Hotel Concorde Berlin features 311 stylish rooms and suites, all of them puristic yet luxurious and decorated in warm tones featuring furniture designed by architect Jan Kleihues and art prints from the Grothe collection. The elegant, contemporary design of the rooms features warm tones of brown, green and deep red, with a generous use of wood. All rooms are decorated with contemporary prints by top German artists from the Grothe Collection. The rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art technology, a double bed, and a wide range of amenities including internet connection and a mini bar.
