ATOL is a financial protection scheme for holidaymakers travelling on an air inclusive holiday, which is managed by the Civil Aviation Authority. This protects you from losing your money or from being stranded overseas in the very unlikely event that DERTOUR should go out of business. Our Air Travel Organiser's Licence (ATOL) number is ATOL 1839.

When you buy an ATOL protected air inclusive holiday* from us, you will receive a confirmation invoice from us (or via our authorised agent through which you booked) confirming your arrangements and your protection under our ATOL.

* The air inclusive holidays we arrange are ATOL protected providing either the person who pays for the booking is present in the UK when the booking is made or the first leg of any flight or flights we arrange for you commences in the UK. From the Holiday inn Berlin City Center East, Prenzlauer Allee, it is just a few minutes' drive to Berlin's new city center. Around Alexanderplatz, Potsdamer Platz and the Brandenburg Gate, all within easy reach, you can find all the major sights, museums, theatres and shops. The tram (which stops right in front of the hotel) will take you straight to Hackescher Markt (Berlin-Soho), where the city's denizens burn the candle at both ends. Here too are exclusive, independent boutiques, the coolest cafes, and the hottest nightclubs. For those attending exhibitions or trade fairs, Berlin's Exhibition Center (ICC) is just 20 minutes away by metro train (S-Bahn). The nearest station, Prenzlauer Allee, is right next to the hotel and offers direct service. Underground parking is also available.

Each of the 123 comfortable, sound proofed and modern furnished rooms has air conditioning, pay TV and cable TV, Internet access, a mini-bar and a hair dryer as well as coffee and tea making facilities. Wi-Fi (high-speed wireless LAN) access is available throughout the hotel to meet the requirements of our business guests.
