ATOL is a financial protection scheme for holidaymakers travelling on an air inclusive holiday, which is managed by the Civil Aviation Authority. This protects you from losing your money or from being stranded overseas in the very unlikely event that DERTOUR should go out of business. Our Air Travel Organiser's Licence (ATOL) number is ATOL 1839.

When you buy an ATOL protected air inclusive holiday* from us, you will receive a confirmation invoice from us (or via our authorised agent through which you booked) confirming your arrangements and your protection under our ATOL.

* The air inclusive holidays we arrange are ATOL protected providing either the person who pays for the booking is present in the UK when the booking is made or the first leg of any flight or flights we arrange for you commences in the UK. Generator Hostel Berlin is located in the Eastern Centre of Berlin with many major sites only a few stops away by tram. Some of the must see sights include the Reichstag, Checkpoint Charlie, Brandenburg Gate and Fernsehtrurm. The nearest train station (S Bahn) is at Landsberger Allee, you can see the Generator from the platform it's that close.

Room description

At the Generator Hostel Berlin we can accommodate all sized groups from as little as 10 people to 300 people. We have a specially trained group's team to deal with all your enquiries. All rooms have wash basins inside; en-suite rooms are available. All rooms are accessible by a highly secure electronic key card system.

The hotel accepts Visa, Euro/MasterCard, JCB, Maestro and Switch as payment options.

Additional remarks

All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
