ATOL is a financial protection scheme for holidaymakers travelling on an air inclusive holiday, which is managed by the Civil Aviation Authority. This protects you from losing your money or from being stranded overseas in the very unlikely event that DERTOUR should go out of business. Our Air Travel Organiser's Licence (ATOL) number is ATOL 1839.

When you buy an ATOL protected air inclusive holiday* from us, you will receive a confirmation invoice from us (or via our authorised agent through which you booked) confirming your arrangements and your protection under our ATOL.

* The air inclusive holidays we arrange are ATOL protected providing either the person who pays for the booking is present in the UK when the booking is made or the first leg of any flight or flights we arrange for you commences in the UK. Hotel Econtel Berlin is a 3 star hotel in a central, quiet location in the geographical triangle between Tegel Airport, the "Kudamm" and the trade fair site - close to the Charlottenburg castle and the river Spree. This makes it perfectly placed for visitors to Berlin, business or private. You will not forget your stay in Hotel Econtel Berlin. At our restaurant you will be pampered by our team who will cater to your every wish, whether it is a snack or a four-course dinner. The restaurant is open from Mondays to Saturdays from 6pm to 10pm. Enjoy a reviving cappuccino, a little aperitif before your meal or a beer to follow. You will have plenty of opportunity to do so after 5.30 pm. Take advantage of our central location in the direct vicinity of the Charlottenburg Palace between Tegel Airport, Berlin Trade Fair and Kurfürstendamm. The X9 bus from Tegel Airport, which runs at 10-minute intervals, is an ideal connection - 3 stations to the stop in Quedlinburgerstrasse and you will arrive at Econtel Berlin. From the station Bahnhof Zoo it is only 2 stops by the X9 bus (direction: Tegel Airport) to the hotel. Public transport is the ideal way to discover Berlin. The U-Bahn, - Underground railway - station Mierendorffplatz (U7) is extremely close to the hotel, approximately 3 minutes on foot.
