ATOL is a financial protection scheme for holidaymakers travelling on an air inclusive holiday, which is managed by the Civil Aviation Authority. This protects you from losing your money or from being stranded overseas in the very unlikely event that DERTOUR should go out of business. Our Air Travel Organiser's Licence (ATOL) number is ATOL 1839.

When you buy an ATOL protected air inclusive holiday* from us, you will receive a confirmation invoice from us (or via our authorised agent through which you booked) confirming your arrangements and your protection under our ATOL.

* The air inclusive holidays we arrange are ATOL protected providing either the person who pays for the booking is present in the UK when the booking is made or the first leg of any flight or flights we arrange for you commences in the UK. Welcome to the Comfort Hotel Lichtenberg! The staff is at your service around the clock. They will gladly assist you in planning your stay, and arrange guides or tours of the city. Also, if desired, they will book your concert or theatre tickets. At the reception you will find access to the internet, or you can surf the web on your laptop via WLAN all over the hotel. Relax on one of the eight bowling lanes or have a shot of billiards. The bar in the foyer is open day-round. Or you might want to work out in the nearby fitness club "Pyramide Fitness World", which also offers a free sauna for the hotels guests.

The city centre is easily accessible with public or private transportation. By tram, guests can quickly and easily reach Berlin's famous places of interest. Situated in the northeast of the city, the Comfort Hotel Lichtenberg can be accessed easily.

Room description

We offer 56 twin and double bedrooms, which can be used as single rooms, 32 three-bedrooms, 22 appartments for up to six people as well as ten business double bedrooms, also bookable for single use. On 28 square metres there is enough room to make you comfortable. All rooms feature bathroom/WC, hair dryer, telephone, radio, satellite TV, pay-TV, desk and spacious storage facilities. The business rooms also feature fax and minibar.

Additional remarks
