ATOL is a financial protection scheme for holidaymakers travelling on an air inclusive holiday, which is managed by the Civil Aviation Authority. This protects you from losing your money or from being stranded overseas in the very unlikely event that DERTOUR should go out of business. Our Air Travel Organiser's Licence (ATOL) number is ATOL 1839.

When you buy an ATOL protected air inclusive holiday* from us, you will receive a confirmation invoice from us (or via our authorised agent through which you booked) confirming your arrangements and your protection under our ATOL.

* The air inclusive holidays we arrange are ATOL protected providing either the person who pays for the booking is present in the UK when the booking is made or the first leg of any flight or flights we arrange for you commences in the UK. In the heart of Berlin in the Kaiser-Friedrich-Straße, named in 1892 after Friedrich III - German emperor for only 100 days - lays the Artim Charlottenburg hotel. The Kaiser-Friedrich-Straße was put on only at the end of 19th century and today distinguishes itself by a good environment with comfortable cafés and delicatessen stores. Whether you are a business traveller or a holiday maker you will find in this hotel the right accommodation. The main purpose of the staff is to meet guest's individual needs and assure them a pleasant stay. A breakfast buffet is served in the breakfast room from Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m., and from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the weekends.

Room description

The hotel offers comfortably decorated rooms, all featuring an en suite bathroom with hairdryer. Each room is furthermore equipped with satellite TV, Wi-Fi Internet access, safe and heating. Non-smoking rooms and accommodations for disabled guests are available on request.
