ATOL is a financial protection scheme for holidaymakers travelling on an air inclusive holiday, which is managed by the Civil Aviation Authority. This protects you from losing your money or from being stranded overseas in the very unlikely event that DERTOUR should go out of business. Our Air Travel Organiser's Licence (ATOL) number is ATOL 1839.

When you buy an ATOL protected air inclusive holiday* from us, you will receive a confirmation invoice from us (or via our authorised agent through which you booked) confirming your arrangements and your protection under our ATOL.

* The air inclusive holidays we arrange are ATOL protected providing either the person who pays for the booking is present in the UK when the booking is made or the first leg of any flight or flights we arrange for you commences in the UK. Located just off the famous KuDamm, in the heart of West Berlin, the Alsterhof Berlin is within easy walking distance of most of the attractions, shops and restaurants in this bustling part of the city and are only metres from the nearest underground station providing the guests with easy access to the rest of the city. Within easy walking distance are the KaDeWe, the Zoological Garden, the Tiergarten, and the Main Train Station for West Berlin.

Room description

Guests can relax in a stylish ambience room which offers travellers internet access, personal mailbox and telephone. For non-smokers of course rooms on non-smoking floors are available. The rooms are clean and decorated in a modern style.
