Kurfürstendamm and Tauentzienstraß
The upper part of Kurfürstendamm and the adjacent
Tauentzienstraße are especially popular with younger people for
their high street names. The area around Adenauerplatz is the most
exclusive part of Kurfürstendamm boulevard with many designer
stores.
Friedrichstraße
Friedrichstraße boulevard exudes a flair of the twenties. With

This traditional shopping boulevard offers of a huge number of

Hackescher Markt/Spandauer Vorstadt
The Hackescher Markt and its courtyards are a must-see for

Nikolaiviertel
A visit to the Nikolaiviertel, a district reconstructed in the

KaDeWe (Kaufhaus des Westens)
This huge luxury department store was established nearly a
century ago. A special highlight is the food section located on the
sixth floor where you can find a variety of more than 1,000 German

the world.
Galeries Lafayette
Here, you will find Paris in Berlin. This modern department
store was designed by Jean Nouvel and boasts a spectacular
interior. The French food department is an absolute must!
