ATOL is a financial protection scheme for holidaymakers travelling on an air inclusive holiday, which is managed by the Civil Aviation Authority. This protects you from losing your money or from being stranded overseas in the very unlikely event that DERTOUR should go out of business. Our Air Travel Organiser's Licence (ATOL) number is ATOL 1839.

When you buy an ATOL protected air inclusive holiday* from us, you will receive a confirmation invoice from us (or via our authorised agent through which you booked) confirming your arrangements and your protection under our ATOL.

* The air inclusive holidays we arrange are ATOL protected providing either the person who pays for the booking is present in the UK when the booking is made or the first leg of any flight or flights we arrange for you commences in the UK. Welcome to Best Western Queens! This hotel offers generous size rooms for business travellers or holidaymakers, of which 115 have a balcony or terrace and a wonderful view of the Black Forest next door. All rooms were newly renovated in 2006. Non-smoking rooms are available at this hotel on request. 80 free parking spaces are provided in the underground car park belonging to the hotel and on the park deck. The hotel's modern "Beauty Tempel" offers a comprehensive range of beauty and relaxation treatments. Achim Eberle, the German winner and runner-up in cosmetic competitions, together with his wife Uschi Eberle, a top hair stylist who has also received several awards, are available to cater for your beauty needs at weekends (booking required).
