ATOL is a financial protection scheme for holidaymakers travelling on an air inclusive holiday, which is managed by the Civil Aviation Authority. This protects you from losing your money or from being stranded overseas in the very unlikely event that DERTOUR should go out of business. Our Air Travel Organiser's Licence (ATOL) number is ATOL 1839.

When you buy an ATOL protected air inclusive holiday* from us, you will receive a confirmation invoice from us (or via our authorised agent through which you booked) confirming your arrangements and your protection under our ATOL.

* The air inclusive holidays we arrange are ATOL protected providing either the person who pays for the booking is present in the UK when the booking is made or the first leg of any flight or flights we arrange for you commences in the UK. Hotel Ambassador Zlata Husa was built in 1920 in Art Nouveau style and is centrally situated in Prague on the famous Wenceslas Square. All 162 rooms as well as the restaurants and conference rooms were renovated in 2004 in the massive reconstruction of the building. However, the hotel has lost none of its distinction and historical significance after these extensive innovations. Nowadays the hotel is fully equipped to suit all clients, whether for business clients or tourists in Prague. Luxury amenities include banqueting and conference facilities, the VIP Club Casino, the Goldfingers nightclub, the Ambassador Thai & Wellness Club, the Halali restaurant and a typical Czech pub-style restaurant Plzenska rychta. Furnished in pleasant and luxury decor, with bedrooms offering one king or two twin beds. One extra bed is available on request. Size of the double rooms start from 25 sqm.
