ATOL is a financial protection scheme for holidaymakers travelling on an air inclusive holiday, which is managed by the Civil Aviation Authority. This protects you from losing your money or from being stranded overseas in the very unlikely event that DERTOUR should go out of business. Our Air Travel Organiser's Licence (ATOL) number is ATOL 1839.

When you buy an ATOL protected air inclusive holiday* from us, you will receive a confirmation invoice from us (or via our authorised agent through which you booked) confirming your arrangements and your protection under our ATOL.

* The air inclusive holidays we arrange are ATOL protected providing either the person who pays for the booking is present in the UK when the booking is made or the first leg of any flight or flights we arrange for you commences in the UK. The hotel is located in the city centre, in the area of Zizkov, only 1 Km or three tram stops from the Wenceslas Square, the main Prague boulevard with many shops, restaurants and open-air markets. The nearest bus station is a 3 minute walk and the tram station a 5 minute walk, while parking is possible in the closed hotel courtyard. The hotel is suitable for families with children and offers 28 comfortably equipped rooms with modern furniture. Bathrooms have a shower. Free internet access is available on the computer in the lobby and the hotel reception with 24 hour service offers beverages, elementary toiletries, exchange services, transportation services, sightseeing tours and excursions, laundry, safe deposit storage and other services. The Grand hotel is located directly in the Prague city centre. Wenceslas Square, the main Prague boulevard with many shops, restaurants and open-air markets is close by and all the most important sights of the city can be reached easily.

The hotel was renovated in the end of 2007 and offers accommodation in 28 rooms comfortably equipped with modern furniture, bathroom with shower, complimentary toiletries, TV/SAT, direct dial phone, hair dryer, in-room safe deposit, and tea & coffee making facilities free of charge.
