ATOL is a financial protection scheme for holidaymakers travelling on an air inclusive holiday, which is managed by the Civil Aviation Authority. This protects you from losing your money or from being stranded overseas in the very unlikely event that DERTOUR should go out of business. Our Air Travel Organiser's Licence (ATOL) number is ATOL 1839.

When you buy an ATOL protected air inclusive holiday* from us, you will receive a confirmation invoice from us (or via our authorised agent through which you booked) confirming your arrangements and your protection under our ATOL.

* The air inclusive holidays we arrange are ATOL protected providing either the person who pays for the booking is present in the UK when the booking is made or the first leg of any flight or flights we arrange for you commences in the UK. An elegant, completely reconstructed hotel situated in the historical building area in the surroundings of the old Zizkov. A part of the hotel is a cosy breakfast restaurant built in the original historical basement with vaulted ceilings and a lounge providing comfort premises for venues of smaller company events and family celebrations. In the vicinity of the hotel there is a wide offer of authentic Czech pubs. The ideal place for active leisure is the adjacent park Parukarka and the nearby Zizkov television tower is also interesting.

The hotel is characteristic by its convenient position not far from the business and historical centre of Prague. A tram stop in the proximity of the hotel; the main train station and the underground line C only 7 minutes from the hotel.

All 49 tastefully decorated comfortable rooms are well equipped with air-conditioning, satellite TV, data port, phone, minibar, safe, tea and coffee making facilities. Hairdryer and marble sink are to be found in the top range bathroom. Room for disabled guests and non-smokers available.
