ATOL is a financial protection scheme for holidaymakers travelling on an air inclusive holiday, which is managed by the Civil Aviation Authority. This protects you from losing your money or from being stranded overseas in the very unlikely event that DERTOUR should go out of business. Our Air Travel Organiser's Licence (ATOL) number is ATOL 1839.

When you buy an ATOL protected air inclusive holiday* from us, you will receive a confirmation invoice from us (or via our authorised agent through which you booked) confirming your arrangements and your protection under our ATOL.

* The air inclusive holidays we arrange are ATOL protected providing either the person who pays for the booking is present in the UK when the booking is made or the first leg of any flight or flights we arrange for you commences in the UK. The Archibald City Hotel is situated in the most attractive part of Prague 1- only a few steps from Wenceslas Square- main business and shopping zone- and only a few minutes from the historical part of the city. The hotel was opened in September 2005 as a modern hotel designed by Jan Fiser, a well known professor and architect. The hotel can be easily reached by car, tram, or underground. Whether you're visiting on business or leisure, the city centre and many tourists attractions are just around the corner. There are 77 fashionably furnished double rooms and 2 specially arranged rooms for handiccaped individuals available. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, TV/SAT, direct dial telephone, minibar and safety box. The bathroom has a bath tub, toilet, bidet and hairdryer. Free WI-FI internet is available to all our clients. There are two non-smoking floors in the hotel. At our restaurant which has unique natural lighting from the hotel atrium, we serve breakfast in the form of a cold and warm buffet, which satisfies the needs of demanding guests. The restaurant can also be used for meetings or seminars held in the afternoon. The lobby bar invites you to sit for a while and enjoy the view of the main street which the hotel is located on. The reception is open 24 hours a day for the guest's convenience. Our staff will be happy to help you in organizing pleasure trips, book tickets for cultural events and sports events, make restaurant reservations, provide guided tours, rent cars, arrange transfers from the airport and secretary services. The security underground parking garage has 8 parking places. The hotel also offers services such as loundry and ironing.
