ATOL is a financial protection scheme for holidaymakers travelling on an air inclusive holiday, which is managed by the Civil Aviation Authority. This protects you from losing your money or from being stranded overseas in the very unlikely event that DERTOUR should go out of business. Our Air Travel Organiser's Licence (ATOL) number is ATOL 1839.

When you buy an ATOL protected air inclusive holiday* from us, you will receive a confirmation invoice from us (or via our authorised agent through which you booked) confirming your arrangements and your protection under our ATOL.

* The air inclusive holidays we arrange are ATOL protected providing either the person who pays for the booking is present in the UK when the booking is made or the first leg of any flight or flights we arrange for you commences in the UK. Located on the ground floor, the new restaurant is special designed. The hotel has a modern structure with traditional features which blend in well with some of the surrounding architecture. The lobby of the hotel is small in size and charmingly furnished in a modern design with bright and warm colours. The lobby also houses a bar with seating area for guests. This is a lovely charming hotel which is very well maintained. It is family owned and run and as such there is a very warm and friendly atmosphere in the hotel.

This luxuriously furnished hotel is situated in the centre of the idyllic mountain town of Zell am See. Zell am See lake and the City XPress cable car are both within easy walking distance from the hotel.

Room description

Rooms at the hotel are on average medium in size although they can vary. They are all decorated and furnished in a similar fashion with light bright colours and warm furniture. Both rooms and bathrooms are in very good condition.
