ATOL is a financial protection scheme for holidaymakers travelling on an air inclusive holiday, which is managed by the Civil Aviation Authority. This protects you from losing your money or from being stranded overseas in the very unlikely event that DERTOUR should go out of business. Our Air Travel Organiser's Licence (ATOL) number is ATOL 1839.

When you buy an ATOL protected air inclusive holiday* from us, you will receive a confirmation invoice from us (or via our authorised agent through which you booked) confirming your arrangements and your protection under our ATOL.

* The air inclusive holidays we arrange are ATOL protected providing either the person who pays for the booking is present in the UK when the booking is made or the first leg of any flight or flights we arrange for you commences in the UK. Designed by the architects Michael Schluder and Veronika Vogelauer, Hotel 2 represents contemporary hotel design. A vending machine is placed on the ground floor. Guests can also enjoy a work out in the fitness room and then relax in the sauna. The Gartenhotel has become one of the city's gastronomic highlights with its two restaurants, Recos Bar, Cafeteria Rosso, its barbecue-Thursdays and the family brunch.

Location

Two hotels at a unique location - in the city but nevertheless surrounded by nature. Hotel 1 is located in the biggest and most beautiful hotel park of the city: 20,000 square metres with 200 year old trees, ponds and promenades. The new Hotel 2 is just across the street from Hotel 1. Both houses are ideal for guests' stay in Vienna, because they are only 20 minutes away from St. Stephen's Cathedral in the heart of the city, easily accessible by public transport and car.

Its 75 rooms display clear structures and modern atmosphere to the very last detail. All rooms offer shower/bath combinations, direct dial telephone, cable TV, hair dryer, safe at the room and Internet.
