ATOL is a financial protection scheme for holidaymakers travelling on an air inclusive holiday, which is managed by the Civil Aviation Authority. This protects you from losing your money or from being stranded overseas in the very unlikely event that DERTOUR should go out of business. Our Air Travel Organiser's Licence (ATOL) number is ATOL 1839.

When you buy an ATOL protected air inclusive holiday* from us, you will receive a confirmation invoice from us (or via our authorised agent through which you booked) confirming your arrangements and your protection under our ATOL.

* The air inclusive holidays we arrange are ATOL protected providing either the person who pays for the booking is present in the UK when the booking is made or the first leg of any flight or flights we arrange for you commences in the UK. Hotel Rathauspark is centrally located next to the town hall and across from Vienna's Burgtheater theatre. The Governmental Quarter, along with the seats of Austrian and international businesses and embassies, are all within the immediate vicinity of the hotel. With only minimal traffic close to the hotel and our ready access to public transportation, the attractiveness of our establishment is enhanced even more. We are glad to offer our guests special daily parking passes for use in the surrounding short-term parking zone, as well as for parking in the neighbouring town-hall parking garage.

Our 117 guest rooms combine modern amenities with timeless elegance. Most of our rooms have been reserved especially for non-smokers. The Junior Suites offer abundant room and outstanding amenities for a truly relaxing stay. Stucco ceilings, beautiful oriels and a general sense of space transport you back to the days of fin-de-siècle Vienna.
