ATOL is a financial protection scheme for holidaymakers travelling on an air inclusive holiday, which is managed by the Civil Aviation Authority. This protects you from losing your money or from being stranded overseas in the very unlikely event that DERTOUR should go out of business. Our Air Travel Organiser's Licence (ATOL) number is ATOL 1839.

When you buy an ATOL protected air inclusive holiday* from us, you will receive a confirmation invoice from us (or via our authorised agent through which you booked) confirming your arrangements and your protection under our ATOL.

* The air inclusive holidays we arrange are ATOL protected providing either the person who pays for the booking is present in the UK when the booking is made or the first leg of any flight or flights we arrange for you commences in the UK. Eventhotel Pyramide is located in the south of Vienna, only a five-minute walk from Austria's biggest shopping center, the Shopping City Süd (SCS). The most important autobahns - the A2, A21 und A23 - are all within a 5-minute drive, guaranteeing that we are easy to reach no matter what direction you are coming from. The Badner Bahn tram stops right in front of the hotel and will take you in just 30 minutes to the heart of downtown Vienna and the State Opera, or out to the famous spa town of Baden. Aside from our 500 free parking spaces, there are also another 600 in front of the hotel for which there is a parking fee. Parking for tour buses is also available.

Room description

All 420 rooms and 38 suites are designed in bright, friendly colours and offer air-conditioning, direct-dial phone with voice mail, electronic mini bar and room safe, 22 satellite television and radio channels, modem Internet (on request) and bath with hairdryer and WC.
