ATOL is a financial protection scheme for holidaymakers travelling on an air inclusive holiday, which is managed by the Civil Aviation Authority. This protects you from losing your money or from being stranded overseas in the very unlikely event that DERTOUR should go out of business. Our Air Travel Organiser's Licence (ATOL) number is ATOL 1839.

When you buy an ATOL protected air inclusive holiday* from us, you will receive a confirmation invoice from us (or via our authorised agent through which you booked) confirming your arrangements and your protection under our ATOL.

* The air inclusive holidays we arrange are ATOL protected providing either the person who pays for the booking is present in the UK when the booking is made or the first leg of any flight or flights we arrange for you commences in the UK. Location

We enjoy a very convenient location in the north of Vienna, near major transportation arteries and with ready access to public transit. We are close to the Vienna International Center, the Austria Center Vienna and the "Alte Donau" and Donauinsel recreation areas. If you wish to take advantage of public transit, there is a stop on the U1 underground line right in front of our hotel (Kagran station). The ride from downtown Vienna (Stephansplatz) to our hotel takes about 10 minutes. If you are coming by car, we would recommend taking the A23 autobahn. Simply follow signs for "Donauzentrum". The Vienna Airport Bus also stops right in front of the hotel, providing you with direct service to Vienna-Schwechat airport. This trip take about 20 minutes.
