ATOL is a financial protection scheme for holidaymakers travelling on an air inclusive holiday, which is managed by the Civil Aviation Authority. This protects you from losing your money or from being stranded overseas in the very unlikely event that DERTOUR should go out of business. Our Air Travel Organiser's Licence (ATOL) number is ATOL 1839.

When you buy an ATOL protected air inclusive holiday* from us, you will receive a confirmation invoice from us (or via our authorised agent through which you booked) confirming your arrangements and your protection under our ATOL.

* The air inclusive holidays we arrange are ATOL protected providing either the person who pays for the booking is present in the UK when the booking is made or the first leg of any flight or flights we arrange for you commences in the UK. The ARCOTEL Kaiserwasser is a new Design Hotel located close to the UNO City and to the Austria Center in Vienna. Shopping and sightseeing at its best! Be it by underground, taxi or exclusive limousine, in a few minutes you are in Vienna's centre! Directly opposite ARCOTEL Kaiserwasser, there is one of the most important and most dynamic business locations of Vienna: UNO City, Tech-Gate and Austria Centre Vienna.

Room description

There is a total of 282 hotel rooms available to guests, offering room service and equipped with air conditioning, safe, minibar, telephone, internet access, ISDN, WLAN, radio, desk, bathroom with shower or bathtub and a hairdryer. Additionally, the hotel will surprise you by theme rooms: there are "round rooms" with round beds, or a "suspended room" in which all the furniture are suspended.
